摘　　要：统一规范高效的生态环境综合执法是维护自然保护地生态安全的重要保障。为推动自然保护地生态环境综合执法改革,本文论述了建立健全自然保护地生态环境综合执法的现实意义,总结了国家公园生态环境综合执法改革实践现状,分析了自然保护地生态环境综合执法存在的主要问题,在此基础上,从立法保障、体制机制、制度体系和能力建设四个方面提出对策建议,并对不同类型自然保护地执法体制机制提出了设想,以期为加快推进自然保护地生态环境综合执法改革提供参考,为实现自然保护地生态环境治理体系和治理能力现代化提供依据。Unified, standardized and efficient ecological and environmental comprehensive law enforcement is an important guarantee to maintain the ecological security of nature reserve areas.In order to promote the comprehensive law enforcement reform of ecological and environmental protection within the scope of nature reserve areas, this paper discusses the practical significance of establishing and perfecting the comprehensive law enforcement of ecology and environment in nature reserve areas, summarizes the current situation of the comprehensive law enforcement reform of ecology and environment in national parks, and comments on the main problems existing in the comprehensive law enforcement of ecology and environment in nature reserve areas.On this basis, the paper puts forward suggestions from four aspects of legislative guarantee, institutional mechanism, institutional system and capacity-building, and puts forward ideas for law enforcement institutional mechanism of different types of nature reserve areas, so as to provide reference for accelerating the comprehensive law enforcement reform of ecology and environment in nature reserve areas, and provide basis for realizing the modernization of ecological and environmental governance system and governance capacity in nature reserve areas.
