浅析基于监狱信息化的信息资源整合与共享

摘　　要：近年来监狱信息化建设迅猛发展,呈现出体量大、增速快的特点,显著提升了监狱工作效率,与此同时,由于在信息化建设的过程中更侧重监狱设施的建设,忽略了各系统之间的资源整合与共享,重技术、轻规划、重防控、轻整合的现象十分普遍,监狱信息化的管理难以实现突破性进展。结合实际情况,通过对监狱信息化管理的普遍分析,查找当前监狱信息化存在的问题,提出提高监狱信息整合与共享水平的思路,期望能对更好发挥监狱职能、提高管理效率提供帮助。In recent years,prison information construction has developed rapidly,showing the characteristics of large volume and rapid growth,which has significantly improved the efficiency of prison work.In the process of information construction,the construction of prison facilities is more emphasized,and the integration and sharing of resources between various systems are ignored.It is difficult to achieve breakthrough progress in prison information management.Based on the actual situation,this article finds out the existing problems of prison informatization through a general analysis of prison informatization management,and puts forward ideas to improve the level of prison information integration and sharing,hoping to provide help for better performance of prison functions and improvement of management efficiency.
