摘 要:以泡沫镍(NF)为基体,先在由0.10 mol/L NiCl2·6H2O、0.63 g/mL氯化胆碱和50%(体积分数)乙二醇组成的低共熔溶剂中电镀得到NF/Ni,再对其水热硫化而得到NF/Ni3S2电极。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、线性扫描伏安法和恒流极化分析了NF/Ni3S2阳极的表面形貌、物相组成及电化学性能。结果表明,NF/Ni3S2阳极的底部为高结晶度的Ni3S2层,表面则是低结晶度的团聚物。在以10 mA/cm2模拟碱性电镀的过程中,NF/Ni3S2的析氧反应活性明显高于NF电极。A nickel foam/nickel sulfide(NF/Ni3S2)electrode was prepared with nickel foam as substrate by electroplating in deep eutectic solvent comprising 0.10 mol/L NiCl2·6H2O,0.63 g/mL choline chloride,and 50vol.%ethylene glycol followed by hydrothermal sulfidation.The surface morphology,phase constitution,and electrochemical properties of the NF/Ni3S2 electrode were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometry,linear sweep voltammetry,and galvanostatic polarization method.The results showed that the NF/Ni3S2 surface consisted of two layers,the bottom layer had high crystallinity,while the top layer presented as particle clusters with low crystallinity.The NF/Ni3S2 anode showed much higher oxygen evolution activity than the NF electrode during the simulation of alkaline electroplating at 10 mA/cm2.
