摘 要:以Co(NO_(3))2·6H_(2)O、Cu(NO_(3))2·2H_(2)O、Mn(NO_(3))2·4H_(2)O、柠檬酸和乙二醇为原料制成溶胶,热处理后得到干凝胶,在N2气氛下点燃后500℃煅烧6 h,获得钴–铜–锰氧化物(CoCuMnOx)太阳能吸收粉体。将粉体与有机硅改性聚氨酯复配后涂覆在不锈钢基板上,得到太阳能吸收涂层。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对样品的物相组成和表面结构进行表征,研究了反应过程中pH的变化对CoCuMnOx功能粉体光吸收性能的影响。结果表明,当柠檬酸与硝酸根物质的量比为1.5,溶液pH为10时,CoCuMnOx涂层在200~2000 nm波长范围内吸收性能最佳,平均吸收率为95.36%。A xerogel was obtained by heat treatment of a sol prepared from Co(NO_(3))2·6H_(2)O,Cu(NO_(3))2·2H_(2)O,Mn(NO_(3))2·4H_(2)O,citric acid,and ethylene glycol,and then ignited in N2 atmosphere and calcined at 500℃ for 6 hours to form a solar-bsorptive cobalt–copper–manganese oxide(CoCuMnOx)powder.The powder was blended with silicone-modified polyurethane resin and coated on stainless steel substrate to obtain a solar-absorptive coating.X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)were used to characterize the phase constitution and surface structure of the samples.The effect of pH during reaction on the light absorption property of the functional CoCuMnOx powder was studied.The results indicated that when the molar ratio of citric acid to nitrate was 1.5 and the pH of the solution was 10,the CoCuMnOx coating had an average absorption rate of 95.36%in the wavelength range of 200 nm to 2000 nm,showing the optimal absorption performance.
