摘  要:使用波长为10.6μm的CO_(2)激光器对2024铝合金表面复合漆层进行激光清洗,探讨了激光功率(60、80或100 W)和搭接率(50%、55%、60%或65%)对脱漆效果的影响,通过对比原始铝合金阳极氧化膜表面和脱漆表面的微观形貌、元素成分、粗糙度等来检验清洗质量。结果表明:随着激光功率和搭接率的增大,激光清洗质量在提高一定程度后开始下降。当激光功率为80 W,搭接率为60%时,漆层已被完全去除,同时阳极氧化层未发生损伤,重新涂漆的结合力为0级,符合飞机蒙皮重新涂漆的要求。The composite coating on the surface of 2024 aluminum alloy was removed by a CO_(2) laser with a wavelength of 10.6μm.The effects of laser power(60 W,80 W,or 100 W)and overlap rate(50%,55%,60%,or 65%)on the decoating effectiveness were discussed.The cleaning quality was evaluated by comparing the micromorphologies,elemental compositions,and roughness of the original anodic aluminum oxide film surface and the decoated surface.The results showed that the laser cleaning quality was improved to a certain degree and then declined with the increasing of laser power and overlap rate.The coating could be completely removed without damage to the anodic oxide film at a laser power of 80 W and an overlap rate of 60%.The repainted coating had a 0-grade adhesion,meeting the requirements of repainting on aircraft skin.
