高龄患者椎管内麻醉应用右美托咪啶的镇静效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察对高龄患者在椎管内麻醉中应用右美托咪啶的镇静效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月在本院进行椎管内麻醉手术的高龄患者100例,以研究组与对照组区分,每组50例。麻醉后对研究组高龄患者注射右美托咪啶;对对照组高龄患者静脉泵注咪达唑仑,对比两组患者各项临床指标。结果:研究组患者在进行麻醉时,患者的收缩压、舒张压与心率的指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的警觉镇静评分与不良反应的发生率要低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:右美托咪啶应用于高龄患者椎管内麻醉,可以控制患者在麻醉与手术时的血压、心率和警觉镇静评分,并且可以降低不良反应发生率,值得进一步在临床应用。Objective:To observe the sedative effect of dexmedetomidine in senile patients under spinal canal anesthesia.Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients undergoing spinal canal anesthesia in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected,and divided into study group and control group,50 cases in each group.After anesthesia,the elderly patients in the study group were injected with dexmedetomidine.The elderly patients in the control group were given midazolam by intravenous pump,and the clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The indexes of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The alert sedation score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Dexmedetomidine can control the blood pressure,heart rate and alert sedation score during anesthesia and surgery in elderly patients under spinal anesthesia,and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of further clinical application.
