摘  要:游梁式抽油机平衡调整长期处于固定平衡且人工调整状态,受井况变化及人工巡检频次影响,长期处于不平衡状态,不仅人工调整费时费力,而且影响抽油机运行效率,长期存在因平衡导致的高能耗问题。太阳能储能自动调平衡式改造方式,在常规游梁式抽油机尾部挂接一个尾游梁,设计依靠太阳能储能驱动的游标式平衡重,通过平衡配重游标向前或向后移动可以实现抽油机平衡度的自动调整。现场应用表明,改造后平衡方式适应产能范围广、平衡度调节范围大、安全平稳可靠,与抽油机抽汲同步运行平衡效果好,峰值扭矩能下降40.7%,有功功率降低1.087 kW,系统效率提高7.9%,有功节电率可达到43.1%,日节电26.1 kWh,年节电9 391 kWh。The balance adjustment of beam pumping unit is in a fixed balance and manual adjustment state for a long time.Affected by the change of well condition and the frequency of manual inspection,it is in an unbalanced state for a long time,which not only takes time and effort for manual adjustment,but also affects the operation efficiency of the pumping unit.There is a problem of high energy consumption caused by balance for a long time.Solar energy energy storage automatic balance adjustment transformation mode,in the conventional beam pumping unit tail hanging a tail beam,design rely on solar energy storage drive vernier balance weight,through the balance weight vernier forward or backward movement can realize the automatic adjustment of pumping unit balance.The field application shows that after the transformation,the balance mode adapts to a wide range of production capacity,a large range of balance degree adjustment,is safe,stable and reliable,and operates synchronously with the pumping unit.The balance effect is good.The peak torque can be reduced by 40.7%,the active power can be reduced by 1.087 kW,the system efficiency can be increased by 7.9%,the active power saving rate can reach 43.1%,the daily power saving can reach 26.1 kWh,and the annual power saving can reach 9391 kWh.
