摘　　要：本文首先对车辆电子和电气部件/组件功能完整性和稳定性产生影响的各方面环境因素进行了详细分析,给出对应气候环境可靠性试验以及模拟加速试验的测试条件与具体设置需要考虑的方向参数,其次,依据国际上主流品牌汽车厂商采购验货时采用的企业标准(VW80000),针对低于3.5 t的小型车辆中电气电子部件/组件在特定气候条件下几个重要模拟环境试验的目的、测试条件/方案和验证要求等进行详细解析,涉及内部和外部的盐雾运行试验、湿热循环试验以及湿热循环(带霜冻)试验。对于国内实验室建立汽车电子类产品的全方位系统化环境测试体系及推动国内标准化与国际接轨具有一定的指导作用。In this paper,firstly,the environmental factors affecting the functional integrity and stability of the electronic and electrical parts or components in the vehicles are analyzed in detail,and the test conditions and setting parameters for the corresponding climate environmental reliability test and simulation acceleration tests are given.Secondly,according to the international mainstream automotive enterprises practical application test standards and supply specifications (VW80000),focusing on the test requirements of the electronic and electrical parts and components in motor vehicles up to 3.5 t in the specific climate environments,the key test items are analyzed in detail,including salt spray test with operation (interior and exterior),damp heat,cyclic and damp heat,cyclic (with frost).These works will have a certain guiding role for domestic laboratories to establish a comprehensive and systematic environmental testing system for automotive electronic products and for promoting domestic standardization and international integration.
