摘 要:本文通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、感应耦合电浆分析(ICP)、气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)、能谱分析(EDS)、热重分析(TGA)以及热裂解气相色谱(PGC),分析了乘用车内眼镜盒表面污染析出物质成分并探讨析出原因。根据成分分析结果确定污染源后,通过取消污染物质的加入并进行阳光暴晒试验验证方案的可行性。结果表明:眼镜盒表面出现析出是由于橡胶中使用了4010NA防老剂,橡胶中的4010NA防老化剂容易析出到周边塑料,出现污染,取消该物质的加入后,眼镜盒不会出现污染现象。In this study,fouled precipitates on the surface of glasses box in passenger cars were analyzed by fourier infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),inductively coupled plasma analysis (ICP),gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS),energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS),thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and thermal pyrolysis gas chromatography (PGC).After determining the source of pollution according to the results of component analysis,the feasibility of the scheme was verified by eliminating the addition of contaminants and conducting sun exposure test.The results showed that the precipitation on the surface of the glasses box was caused by the use of 4010NA antiaging agent in the rubber.The 4010NA antiaging agent in the rubber was easy to precipitate into the surrounding plastics and cause pollution.The glasses box would not be polluted after removing 4010NA antiaging agent.
