摘  要:为了准确评价车辆低温起动试验中车辆状态,本文分析了起动电流与车载电池性能、起动电机性能、发动机磨损状态的内在关系,揭示了低温起动试验中起动电流波动的本质。通过对实车低温起动试验过程中采集的起动电流进行数据分析,采用奇点剔除和Butterworth低通滤波器对起动电流进行预处理,提取了特征波形;并分析处理后的起动电流波形,得出起动电流波形与车载电池性能、发动机各气缸磨损状态、起动电机性能等对应关系。结合历史实车试验情况并通过统计学手段,对起动电流曲线分析能够得出车辆低温起动失败的潜在因素。In order to accurately evaluate the vehicle state in low temperature starting test,this paper analyzes the internal relationship between starting current and on-board battery performance,starting motor performance and engine wear state,and reveals the essence of starting current fluctuation in low temperature starting test.Through the data analysis of the starting current collected during the low temperature starting test of the real vehicle,the singularity elimination and Butterworth low-pass filter are used to preprocess the starting current,and the characteristic waveform is extracted.The starting current waveform after processing is analyzed,and the corresponding relationship between starting current waveform and vehicle battery performance,engine cylinder wear state,starting motor performance is obtained.Combined with the history of real vehicle test and through statistical means,through the starting current curve analysis,the potential factors of vehicle low temperature starting failure can be obtained.
