摘  要:加强推进智慧停车设施的开发和建设,利用网络化智能化新技术新模式,通过信息化共享,实现城市有限车位资源的合理调度和有效利用,已成为解决城市停车难的重要手段。本文首先对智慧停车产业相关的生态圈和服务产业链以及其中各利益关系进行阐述;其次对于市面上采用典型技术的智能停车系统基本构成及系统中软硬件功能实现的结构进行解析;最后,鉴于目前新型压力传感产品用于停车位感知上可具备高可靠性、高精准度和低能耗等技术优势且价格相对低廉,针对采用了特定压力传感技术的智慧停车信息化系统,从技术层面分别重点给出数据采集系统、数据中心和用户端停车引导应用三大部分中目前可使用的前沿技术并提供一整套系统可行性的实现案例。这些工作对于构建城市级智慧停车平台提供了总体框架性规划和指导思路。It has become an important means to solve the difficulty of urban parking to strengthen the development and construction of intelligent parking facilities,which combines the new network intelligent technology to realize the reasonable scheduling and effective use of limited urban parking resources through information sharing.In this paper,firstly,the relevant ecosystem and service industry chain with the relationship of the interest bodies are expounded.Secondly,the basic composition of the intelligent parking system with typical technology on the market and the structure of the functional realization of hardware and software in the system are analyzed.Finally,considering that the new products of pressure sensing for parking space perception can have high reliability,high precision and low energy consumption with a relatively low price,currently available frontier technology and complete system feasibility implementation case for three parts of data collection system,data center and user parking guidance application are proposed in an intelligent parking information system using this specific pressure sensing technology.These works provide the overall framework layout and guidance scheme for building an urban-level intelligent parking platform.
