摘 要:为提升脂肪醇醚磷酸酯(AEP)在水悬剂中的利用效率,使用不同分子量分布的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐作为分散剂,制备了25%戊唑醇水悬剂并考察了该制剂及其固体颗粒的部分性质。确认了窄分布醇醚磷酸酯有利于提升水悬剂的Zeta电势、剪切粘度及悬浮率,有利于提升水悬剂的热储稳定性、离心稳定性和触变稳定性;使用粉末接触角计算了固体颗粒的表面自由能,确认窄分布醇醚磷酸酯钾盐更有利于改良固体表面的亲水性;使用扫描电子显微镜和能量散射波谱推测窄分布醇醚磷酸酯可能在固体表面排布更加均匀。In order to increase the efficient of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate(AEP)in suspension concentrate(SC),fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate potassium salt with different molecular weight distribution was used as the dispersant to prepare 25%tebuconazole suspension concentrate and the partial properties of the suspension concentrate and its solid particles were investigated.It was confirmed that the narrow-distribution alcohol ether phosphate is beneficial to increase the Zeta potential,shear viscosity and suspension rate of the suspension concentrate,and to improve the thermal storage stability,centrifugal stability and thixotropic stability of the aqueous suspension.The surface free energy of the solid particles was calculated used the powder contact angle,and it was confirmed that the narrow-distribution alcohol ether phosphate potassium salt is more conducive to improving the hydrophilicity of the solid surface.Using scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy,it is speculated that the narrow-distribution alcohol ether phosphate may be arranged on the solid surface more evenly.
