摘 要:以金属镁冶炼废渣固化含油污泥和煤,采用TGA/DSC1型全自动热分析仪,研究了其升温速率10℃/min下的失重情况,计算了其燃烧动力学参数,分析了其燃烧特性及机理。采用MG5/Vario plus烟气分析仪,分析了该水煤浆在氧化气氛下的污染物排放特性。通过10 kg/h德士古气流床气化小试实验装置,模拟了该水煤浆的气化过程。结果表明,该水煤浆的燃烧机理为多段一级反应;金属镁废渣的加入可以大幅度降低水煤浆的SO_(2 )排放浓度和排放时长,对NO_(x)的影响有限;油泥的加入使合成气中H_(2)比例升高1.44%,CO比例升高1.34%,有效气含量升高2.66%。Solidified oily sludge and coal with metal magnesium smelting residue.Using the TGA/DSC1 automatic thermal analyzer produced by Mettler-Torito to study the weight loss at a heating rate of 10℃/min.According to the test data the combustion kinetic parameters are calculated,and the combustion characteristics and mechanism are analyzed.The pollutant emission characteristics of the coal water slurry in an oxidizing atmosphere were analyzed.The gasification process of the coal water slurry was simulated through a 10 kg/h Texaco entrained-bed gasification pilot test device.The results show that the combustion mechanism of the coal water slurry is a multiple first order reactions.The addition of metal magnesium waste residue can greatly reduce the SO 2 emission concentration and discharge time of the coal water slurry.The impact on NO x is limited.The addition of sludge makes the synthesis gas H 2 increased by 1.44%,CO increased by 1.34%,and effective gas content increased by 2.66%.
