摘 要:以30%H_(2)O_(2)溶液、35%HNO_(3)溶液和10%KOH溶液对生物组织和塑料进行消解。结果表明,选取40℃作为对生物组织和塑料消解能力的温度是恰当的。生物组织消解中,3种试剂消解24 h的消解率显著高于消解1 h的消解率。在1 h时长下,35%HNO_3溶液的消解率最高,为(77.05±2.86)%;30%的H_(2)O_(2)溶液消解率最低,为(73.76±0.63)%。在时长24 h下,10%KOH溶液消解率最高,达到(98.64±0.38)%。3种试剂在40℃消解24 h的条件下,对塑料的消解率均在1%以内,H_(2)O_(2)和HNO_(3)溶液会引起塑料变色,选取10%KOH溶液,在40℃下消解24 h的条件作为对生物组织的消解分离其中的微塑料较为合适。This research selected 30%H_(2)O_(2)solution,35%HNO 3 solution and 10%KOH solution for digestion on biological tissues and plastic material.The results showed that it was suitable to select 40℃as the exposure temperature to verify the digestion ability of biological tissues and plastic polymers.During the digestion of biological tissues,the digestion rate of the three reagents digested at 24 h was significantly higher than that at 1 h.At 1 h exposure time,the highest 35%HNO 3 solution was(77.05±2.86)%,and the lowest digestion rate of 30%H_(2)O_(2)solution was(73.76±0.63)%.The digestion rate of 10%KOH solution was the highest at the exposure time of 24 h,reaching(98.64±0.38)%.The digestion rate of the three reagents at 40℃for 24 h,the digestion rate of plastic polymers are all within 1%,but H_(2)O_(2)and HNO 3 solutions were caused plastic discoloration,it is more appropriate to select 10%KOH solution and digest at 24℃for 24 h as the digestion of biological tissues.
