摘  要:通过特殊的分子设计和配方设计,采用改性固化剂对环氧树脂进行改性,得到一种高性能环氧高分子材料。该材料具有优异的耐候性、耐水耐碱性、耐低温开裂、突出的防滑性,附着力等性能。UV老化测试15周,拉伸强度仅从14 MPa降低至13 MPa,断裂伸长率仅从40%降低至30%,明显强于国外同类型竞品(拉伸强度下降了10 MPa,断裂伸长率下降幅度更大,从42%降低至15%),性能稳定。耐水耐碱耐低温涂膜均无异常;附着力(划圈法)1级;抗滑值(BPN)达到70,属于高防滑型。该高性能环氧高分子材料对填料以及固化剂用量容纳度高,配方设计性强;在很宽的范围内均具有稳定的性能(拉伸强度稳定在14~15 MPa波动,断裂伸长率保持在36%~40%)。该高性能环氧高分子材料性能特点明显,作为全民健身场地地面材料,具有传统聚氨酯和丙烯酸材料不具备的特点,应用前景广阔。Through the special molecular design and formula design,high-performance epoxy polymer material was obtained by modifying the epoxy resin with modified curing agent.The modifying epoxy material has excellent weather resistance,water resistance,alkali resistance,low temperature cracking resistance,outstanding skid resistance,adhesion and other properties.After UV aging test for 15 weeks,tensile strength only decreased from 14 MPa to 13 MPa,and the elongation at break decreased from 40%to 30%.The strength and elongation at break are obviously stronger than those of the same type of foreign competitors(tensile strength decreased by 10 MPa,and the elongation at break decreased from 42%to 15%).There is no abnormality in anti-water test,anti-alkali test and low temperature resistant test.The adhesion(circle drawing method)is level 1.The anti sliding value(BPN value)reaches 70,which belongs to high antiskid type.The high-performance epoxy polymer material has high capacity for filler and curing agent.The properties are stable in a broad range(the tensile strength fluctuates at 14~15 MPa,and the elongation at break remains at 36%~40%).The high-performance epoxy polymer material has obvious performance characteristics and has a broad application prospect as a national fitness ground material,since it has the characteristics that the traditional polyurethane and acrylic materials do not have.
