郭维琴教授中医药治疗肺栓塞的经验总结

摘　　要：郭维琴教授以气血理论为指导,结合多年临床治疗肺栓塞的经验,指出肺栓塞基本病机是在正气内虚的基础上,感受外邪或久病不愈,耗伤气血,津液代谢异常,痰饮与瘀血互结,病久脾肾阳虚,气化不利,水饮内停,经脉受阻,最终导致闭阻心肺,经脉瘀阻。肺栓塞与心、肺、脾、肾密切相关,病理产物为瘀血、痰浊、水饮。病机是经络壅闭、气血凝滞。在肺栓塞治疗上注重调节肺脏功能与活血通络两个方面。益气活血法为治疗肺栓塞的基本法则,注重辨证与辨病相结合,运用益气活血法、化痰祛瘀法,通络止痛法、益气温阳化饮法等治疗肺栓塞。Professor Weiqin Guo guided by the basic theory of TCM,combined with years of experience in the clinical treatment of pulmonary embolism.It is pointed out that the basic pathogenesis of pulmonary embolism is on the basis of healthy qi and internal deficiency,feeling external evil or long-term disease,wasting Qi and blood,abnormal body fluid metabolism,phlegm stagnation and blood stasis,long-term disease,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,unfavorable gasification,internal stagnation of water and drink,obstruction of meridians,eventually leading to heart and lung obstruction and meridians stasis.Pulmonary embolism is closely related to the heart,lungs,spleen,and kidney.The pathological products are blood stasis,phlegm turbidity and water drinking.The pathogenesis is meridian obstruction and stagnation of Qi and blood.Professor Guo paid attention to regulating lung function and activating blood circulation in the treatment of pulmonary embolism,Yiqihuoxue method for the treatment of pulmonary embolism basic principle,pay attention to syndrome differentiation and combination of disease and the use of Yiqihuoxue,Dredge meridian achieve acetanilide,Yiqi and warms the cold drink method in the treatment of pulmonary embolism.
