摘 要:【目的】为了研究出对重茬地山药线虫病防治效果好的药剂。【方法】以选育的‘大和长芋’为试材,用不同药剂处理山药种薯和喷沟施用,以不用药剂处理为对照,研究不同药剂处理对重茬地山药的出苗和生长情况、地下块茎形态指标、产量及线虫病防治效果的影响。【结果】不同药剂处理对重茬地山药的出苗、生长及周围其他生物未见明显异常影响。对山药种薯种植前进行药剂浸泡和种植时喷施有利于山药地下块茎的生长,可显著增加山药单薯鲜质量和产量。用2%阿维菌素微囊剂30倍液浸泡种薯,将2%阿维菌素微囊剂30倍液、30%辛硫磷30倍液和30%噻唑膦60倍液混合后喷施到山药种植沟中,可显著提高大和长芋山药防病率,降低病情指数,防效为57.14%,因此,用2%阿维菌素微囊剂30倍液浸泡种薯,将2%阿维菌素微囊剂30倍液、30%辛硫磷30倍液和30%噻唑膦60倍液混合后喷施到山药种植沟中,对重茬地山药线虫病防治效果较好。【意义】研究结果可为重茬地山药线虫防治提供理论指导和试验支持。[Purposes]To find out the effective insecticides against‘Dahechangyu’yam nematode disease in continuous cropping lands.[Methods]The effects of different pesticide treatments on the emergence and growth,morphological indexes of underground tubers,as well as yields and control effects of yam in the continuous cropping land were carried out by using‘Dahechangyu’yam as the test material,setting treatments of soaking yam tubers and spraying ditches with different pesticides.[Result]The results showed that different pesticides had no obvious abnormal effects on the seedling emergence,growth and other surrounding organisms.Soaking yam tubers and spraying ditches before planting were beneficial to the growth of underground tubers of yam,and could increase the fresh weight and yields of yam.The‘Dahechangyu’tubers were soaked in 2%abamectin microcapsule 30-time solution,and sprayed into yam planting ditches after being mixed with 2%abamectin microcapsule 30-time solution,30%phoxim 30-time solution and 30%thiazophos 60-time solution.The disease control rates and disease indexes of‘Dahechangyu’yam were significantly improved,and the control effect was 57.14%.Therefore,the treat was better.[Significance]The results of this project provided theoretical guidance and experimental supports for the prevention and control of yam nematodes in continuous cropping lands.
