摘 要:【目的】为了分析扎龙国家级自然保护区内传粉昆虫与植物间的作用关系,了解传粉昆虫与生物多样性变化情况。【方法】通过线路循环调查法、样地调查法、定点植株观察法等对扎龙自然保护区的传粉昆虫多样性进行了采样调查,明确了传粉昆虫种类与分布特点,对生态学指标进行了分析,对部分昆虫的生物学特性、传粉频率与行为进行观察。【结果】此次研究共采集观察到传粉昆虫1134只,分属于7目28科50属57种。对比草甸区、乔木区、路边区和灌木区内,传粉昆虫生态学指数得出草甸区多样性指数、均匀度指数和优势度指数均最高。【意义】本研究可为保护区昆虫多样性保护、昆虫资源利用提供基础研究数据,为了解保护区物种和生物多样性变化情况提供基础资料,并为后续该地区的传粉昆虫研究、农业生产与利用提供帮助。[Purposes]To analyze the relationship between pollinators and plants in Zhalong National Nature Reserve and understand changes of pollinators and biodiversity.[Methods]The diversity of pollinators in Zhalong Nature Reserve was collected and investigated by means of route circulation survey,sample plot survey,and fixed-point plant observation,etc.,identifing the species and distribution characteristics of pollinators,analyzing the ecological indicators,and observing the biological characteristics,pollination frequency and behaviors of some insects.[Findings]There were 1134 insects,belonging to 57 species,50 genera,28 families,7 orders.Compared with meadow areas,arbor areas,roadside areas and shrub areas,results found that the diversity indexes,evenness indexes and dominance indexes of pollinators in meadow areas were the highest.[Significances]This study provided basic research data for the protection of insect diversity and the utilization of insect resources in the reserve,providing basic information for the understanding of changes of species and biodiversity in the reserve,and offering help for the follow-up pollinator researches,agricultural production and utilization in the region.
