摘 要:目前电池成组及电芯生产工艺以及整车运行过程中充放电的环境差异,会造成电池单体间的不一致性。针对这一情况,文章通过分析动力电池在生产制造及搭载整车充放电使用过程中,产生不一致性的根本原因,在电动汽车电池管理系统设计中,围绕电池电量均衡及其控制策略进行研究,以减少单体电池容量、电压和SOC的差异所引起的不一致性及其对整车性能的影响。The production technology of battery pack and cell and the environmental differences of the cells during vehicle running,can cause inconsistencies between the cells in battery pack.In view of this situation,this paper analyzes the root cause of inconsistencies in the manufacturing process of battery cell and pack,and the use of the vehicle during charging and discharging.In the design of electric vehicle battery management systems,research battery cell balance and the control strategies of balancing.In order to reduce the inconsistency caused by the difference of cells’capacity,voltage and SOC and its impact on the performance of the vehicle.
