摘 要:本研究针对某重型卡车空滤器过渡支架在装车行驶过程中发生的断裂现象,运用有限元分析软件HyperMesh对过渡支架进行仿真模拟分析,查找到了过渡支架断裂的真实原因。根据分析结果对原结构进行优化改进,并对优化结构进行分析验证,验证结果表明,优化结构力学性能较原结构有了明显的提升,极大程度地降低了断裂的概率。This study aimed at the fracture of the transition bracket of a heavy-duty truck air filter during loading and driving.The finite element analysis software HyperMesh was used to simulate and analyze the transition bracket,and the real reason for the fracture of the transition bracket was found.According to the analysis results,the original structure is optimized and improved,and the optimized structure is analyzed and verified.The verification results show that the mechanical properties of the optimized structure are significantly improved compared with the original structure,which greatly reduces the probability of fracture.
