摘  要:白车身试制是产品设计与产品批量生产之间的纽带,为整车前期设计和各类试验提供合格样车,同时验证设计和工艺制造各种问题。通过分析影响白车身质量和精度的因素,结合样车试制过程,制定控制白车身质量和精度流程方法,开发试制试验和尺寸分析系统将该流程模块化、标准化和信息化,实现试制白车身质量和精度的提高,并节约开发成本,缩短开发周期。The body-in-white of trial production is the link between product design and product mass production,provides qualified prototypes for the preliminary design and various tests of the entire vehicle,and verifies various problems in design and process manufacturing.In this paper,analyzing the factors that affect the BIW quality and accuracy,and combining with the trial production process,formulating a process method for controlling the BIW quality and accuracy,and the trial production test and dimensional analysis system are developed to modularize,standardize and informationize the process,and realize the improvement of the quality and precision of the trial production,save the development cost and shorten the development cycle.
