某型长头牵引车混线生产模式下的生产技术准备分析

摘　　要：文章主要介绍某型长头牵引车在混线生产的条件下开展产品生产技术准备的前期分析与准备工作,重点分析了新车型的生产准备阶段的如何开展工艺方案的设计。从产品的规划,车型构成及产品结构,具体的工艺方案设计,装配流程示意图,工艺布局、装配线、检测线现状分析及技术改造方案设计、装配线技术改造投资预案等方面进行简单介绍。本研究可实现长头在混线生产的模式下实现与现有产品的快速切换,提高生产效率,减少重复投资。This paper mainly introduces the preliminary analysis and preparation of the product production technology preparation of a long head tractor under the condition of mixed line production,and analyzes how to carry out the process scheme design in the production preparation stage of the new model.
