摘　　要：现代金融衍生品在资本跨国竞争中诞生,作为非实物性的产品,其跨时空、跨市场、跨行业甚至跨国界相对价值竞争的特性,进一步强化了资本竞争的内涵、扩大了资本积累的规模和资本流动的效率,促使资本市场以更高的效率优化社会资源配置,加速实体经济增长。金融衍生品市场发展,能引导和调节基础金融市场的发展,对全社会资源的合理配置有积极作用,降低融资成本,促进国民经济发展,我国发展金融衍生品市场可从扩大开放、教育加强、创新为上、监管保障等方面着手。Modern financial derivatives are born in the cross-border competition of capitals.As nonphysical products,their characteristics of relative value competition across time and space,markets,industries and even borders have further strengthened the connotation of capital competition,expanded the scale of capital accumulation and the efficiency of capital flow,prompted the capital market to optimize the allocation of social resources with higher efficiency and accelerated the growth of the real economy.The development of the financial derivatives market can guide and regulate the development of the basic financial market,play a positive role in the rational allocation of resources in the whole society,reduce financing costs,and promote the development of the national economy.The development of the financial derivatives market in China can start from the aspects such as expanding opening-up,strengthening education,putting innovation first,and ensuring supervision.
