摘  要:成品油管网作为连接上游炼厂与下游市场的重要中间环节,一旦发生事故,将会对油品供应造成严重影响。由于成品油管网运行工艺的复杂性,目前针对成品油管网可靠性分析的研究体系尚不完备。为此,从成品油管网系统设备单元可靠度计算、系统可靠性建模方法两个方面,总结了成品油管网可靠性分析的主要研究进展,并梳理了研究过程中所面临的难题。同时,对原油管网、天然气管网、城市供水管网、供热管网、供电管网的相关研究思路、评价方法、计算方法等进行了深入剖析,以期为成品油管网可靠性分析的进一步研究提供借鉴。As an important intermediate link connecting the upstream refinery and the downstream market,the product oil pipeline network will have serious effect on oil supply if an accident occurs.Due to the complexity of the operation process of the product oil pipeline network,a comprehensive and systematic research system for the reliability analysis of product oil pipeline network has not yet been formed.For this reason,the relevant research progress of the reliability analysis of product oil pipeline was summarized from the two aspects,i.e.the reliability calculation of equipment unit and the reliability modeling of system in the product oil pipeline network,and the challenges faced during the research were sorted.Meanwhile,deep analysis was made to the research approach,evaluation methods and calculation methods of crude oil pipeline network,natural gas pipeline network,urban water supply pipeline network,heat supply pipeline network and power supply pipeline network,expecting to provide reference for the further research on reliability analysis of product oil pipeline network.
