摘 要:全断面岩石掘进机刀盘体结构复杂、作业环境恶劣,一直是领域研究的热点和难题,且目前在施工的全断面岩石掘进机刀盘体不时出现开焊、联接螺栓断裂等事故。基于此,我们系统研究了全断面岩石掘进机刀盘体结构的演化和发展,发现全断面岩石掘进机刀盘体经历了单板、双板和三板结构的演化,每一次演化对刀盘体的功能都是一次扩容,如增加强度、刚度或方便背后换刀及安全等。但每一次演化也萌生出了深层次理论问题,如变形的均匀性和协调性等。这样的研究,将为刀盘体结构设计理论的完善和发展提供借鉴。Due to complex structure and severe working environment of the cutterhead body of the full face rock tunnel boring machine(TBM),it has always been the difficult problem and research hotspot in research field.At present,the fracture of weld joints and the breaking of connecting bolts usually happen to the cutterhead body of TBM in service.Therefore,the structural evolution and development of the cutterhead body of TBM were systematically researched.The cutterhead body of TBM experienced the evolution of single-plate,double-plate and three-plate in structure,each evolution involved an improvement in its performance such as reinforcement of strength,stiffness and safety or convenience of cutter replacement from the back,while each evolution brought about profound theoretical issues such as uniformity and coordination of deformation.The research would offer reference for the perfect and development of the structural design theory of the cutterhead body.
