彩超引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术在肺周围型病变的应用研究

摘　　要：探讨彩超引导下经皮穿刺活检在周围型肺病变的价值及影响因素。回顾分析55例彩超引导下经皮穿刺周围型肺病变患者的病理结果,发现活检作出病理诊断患者51例,穿刺活检有效率为92.72%(51/55),穿刺并发症发病率为3.62%(2/55)。实时彩超引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术在肺周围型病变诊断中具有显著的临床应用价值。The purpose of this study was to investigate the value and influencing factors of color Doppler ultrasound-guided percutaneous needle lung biopsy in peripheral lung lesions.A retrospective analysis was performed on the pathological findings of 55 patients who underwent color Doppler ultrasound-guided percutaneous needle lung biopsy.The study showed that 51 patients were diagnosed by biopsy yielding a biopsy efficacy of 92.72%(51/55),and a complication incidence of 3.62%(2/55).In conclusion,real-time color Doppler ultrasound-guided percutaneous lung biopsy offers significant clinical value in diagnosing peripheral lung lesions.
