摘  要:目的了解和比较澜湄流域中国和老挝三带喙库蚊成蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为制定疾病媒介控制措施提供依据。方法在中国云南省景洪市嘎洒镇曼别村及老挝琅勃拉邦省Phonexay县Natan和Densavang村的猪圈或牛棚采集三带喙库蚊成蚊,采用成蚊滤纸接触筒法测定其对杀虫剂的抗药性,计算两地不同杀虫剂处理蚊虫的死亡率和击倒率,并进行比较分析。结果中国景洪市三带喙库蚊成蚊氯菊酯(0.25%,3 h)、残杀威(0.10%,2 h)、杀螟硫磷(1.00%,2 h)、高效氯氰菊酯(0.05%,1 h)和溴氰菊酯(0.05%,1 h)击倒率分别为1.64%、9.15%、8.57%、0和2.73%,死亡率分别为1.64%(抗性)、10.46%(抗性)、10.48%(抗性)、3.57%(抗性)和2.73%(抗性)。老挝琅勃拉邦省三带喙库蚊成蚊高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、残杀威和杀螟硫磷击倒率分别为100.00%、91.40%、94.37%和82.18%,死亡率分别为59.29%(抗性)、70.86%(抗性)、85.68%(可能抗性)和95.05%(可能抗性)。两地蚊虫4种杀虫剂击倒率及死亡率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中国景洪三带喙库蚊对拟除虫菊酯类、氨基甲酸酯类和有机磷类杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性;老挝琅勃拉邦三带喙库蚊对菊酯类杀虫剂也产生了不同程度的抗药性,对氨基甲酸酯类和有机磷类杀虫剂均为可能抗性。建议上述地区因地制宜,交替或混用不同类型的杀虫剂,科学合理地进行抗性综合治理。Objective To investigate and compare the resistance levels of adult Culex tritaeniorhynchus to insecticides used in the Lancang-Mekong region of China and Laos in order to provide a basis for the development of vector control measures. Methods Adult Cx. tritaeniorhynchus were collected from pigsties or cow sheds from the village of Manbie in Jinghong(China) and the villages of Natan and Densavang in Phonexay(Laos). The WHO tube test was used to test the susceptibility of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus to insecticides. The mortality and knockdown rates of mosquitoes were then calculated and analyzed. Results Adult Cx. tritaeniorhynchus from the City of Jinghong had a knockdown rate to permethrin(0.25%, 3 h) of 1.64%, to propoxur(0.10%, 2 h) of 9.15%, to fenitrothion(1.00%, 2 h) of 8.57%, to beta-cypermethrin(0.05%, 1 h) of 0%, and to deltamethrin(0.05%, 1 h) of 2.73%. Adult Cx. tritaeniorhynchus from Jinghong had a 24-h mortality rate to permethrin of 1.64%(resistance), to propoxur of 10.46%(resistance), to fenitrothion of 10.48%(resistance), to beta-cypermethrin of 3.57%(resistance), and to deltamethrin of 2.73%(resistance). Adult Cx. tritaeniorhynchus from Luang Prabang had a knockdown rate of 100.00% to beta-cypermethrin, 91.40% to deltamethrin, 94.37% to propoxur, and 82.18% to fenitrothion. Adult Cx. tritaeniorhynchus from Luang Prabang had a 24-h mortality rate to beta-cypermethrin of 59.29%(resistance), to deltamethrin of 70.86%(resistance), to propoxur of 85.68%(suspected resistance), and to fenitrothion if 95.05%(suspected resistance). There were significant differences in the knockdown rate and mortality rate of Cx. tritaeniorhynchus to the four insecticides in the two places(P<0.01). Conclusion Cx. tritaeniorhynchus from the City of Jinghong have developed different levels resistance to pyrethroid, carbamates, and organophosphorus insecticides. Cx. tritaeniorhynchus from Luang Prabang have developed varying levels of resistance to pyrethroid insecticides and have suspected resistance to carbamates and organophos
