舒适化诊疗理念在结直肠癌围手术期的应用评估

摘　　要：目的评估舒适化诊疗理念在结直肠癌患者围手术期的应用效果方法选取2017年1月至2018年7月本院普外科收治并行结直肠癌根治术的患者132例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(65例)和对照组(67例)围手术期管理,观察组采用舒适化诊疗理念,对照组采用传统方法观察比较两组患者的术前焦虑评分、术后首次排气排便及下床活动时间、并发症、术后住院时间和满意度等情况结果观察组的并发症发生率稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)观察组患者术后恢复更快,其术后肠道功能恢复时间、首次下床活动时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者的术前焦虑程度更低、满意度评分更高结论舒适化诊疗理念应用于结直肠癌患者的围手术期,能够显著提高患者的舒适度,可加快术后康复且安全有效。Objective To evaluate the application effect of the concept of comfortable diagnosis and treatment in the perioperative period of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 132 patients undergoing radical resection of colorectal cancer in general surgery department of our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were reviewed.These patients were divided into observation group(65 cases)and control group(67 cases)using a table of random numbers.The control group received routine treatment and nursing during the perioperative period,while the observation group was managed with a series of medical concepts with improving the comfort experience of patients.Preoperative anxiety score,postoperative complications,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,the leaving bed time,postoperative hospital stay time,complications and satisfaction were used as the main indicators to compare the differences between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group w«is statistically superior to the control group in preoperative anxiety score,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,the leaving bed time,postoperative hospital stay time and satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort medical concept in perioperative management of colorectal cancer patients can significantly improve the comfort experience of patients,accelerate postoperative recovery,and does not increase the risk of complications,which has been proved to be safe and effecrive.
