性激素与抗缪勒氏管激素联合检测诊断多囊卵巢综合征的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨性激素与抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)检测在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)诊断中的应用价值。方法收集2019年2月至2020年5月于本院就诊的PCOS患者250例作为观察组,另选取同期于本院进行体检的健康者250例作为对照组。检测比较两组的血清AMH、性激素指标水平,并进行相关性分析。结果观察组的血清AMH水平[(10.21+0.28)μg/L]明显高于对照组[(2.16+0.13)μg/L],FSH水平明显低于对照组,E2.LH、T水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组高T值组悲者的AMH、LH水平及LH/FSH比值均高于正常T值组(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,观察组的血清AMH水平与T、LH水平均呈正相关,r<0.3低度相关;血清AMH水平与FSH水平呈负相关,r>-0.3低度相关;血清AMH水平与E2水平、年龄均无显著相关。结论血清AMH与性激素指标联合检测应用于PCOS诊断具有重要临床价值。Objective To explore the ppication value of sex hormone and andi-Mullerian hormone dection in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 250 patients with PCOS who visited our hospital from February 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the Observation Group,and 250 healthy patients were sclected as the control group.The scerum AMH and sex hormone levels of the two groups were tested and compared,and the orrelation analysis was performed.Results The level of serum AMH[(10.21+0.28)μg/L]and FSH[(2.16+0.13)μg/L]in the.observation group were signifcantly higher than those in the control group.The levels ofE 2.LH and T in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of AMH,LH and LH/FSH in the high T value group were higher than those in the normal T value group(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that the level of serum AMH was positively correlated witht,LH,r<0.3 and negatively corelated with FSH,r>-03.Serum AMH level was negatively correlated with FSH level,r>--0.3,and serum AMH level was not significantly correlated with E2 level and age.Conclusion The combined detecion of serum AMH and sex hormone indicators for PCOS diagnosis has important clinical value.
