摘  要:硫化氢除铜工艺具有众多突出优点,采用硫化氢除铜工艺替代现有工艺,可使混酸体系可溶阳极镍电解净化流程得到重大变革。如何进一步提高常压硫化氢除铜渣铜镍比,减少镍损失,使其可作为原料直接进人铜火法冶炼系统处理,是硫化氢除铜技术需要解决的问题之一。本文通过试验,对硫化氢除铜过程氧化还原电位、阳极液PH、反应温度、反应时间等因素如何影响除铜渣铜镍比进行了研究。There are many outstanding advantages in the process of copper removal by using hydrogen sulfide.The process of e-lectrolysis and purification of soluble anode nickel in mixed acid system can be greatly innovated by using the hydrogen sulfide-driven copper removal process instead of the existing process.How to further improve Cu/Ni ratio of copper slag removal by using hydrogen sulfide under atmospheric pressure,reduce nickel loss and enables copper slag to directly go into copper pyrometallurgical smelting system is one of the problems to solve in copper removal by using hydrogen sulfide.This article discusses the study of influences on Cu/Ni ratio in copper slag removal imposed by such factors as redox potential,pH value of anode solution,reaction temperature and reaction time through experiments.
