摘 要:某企业在比对检测过程中,常出现冬季手工测量粉尘浓度大于CEMS监测数据,误差偏大,同时冬季尾气排口常有白色烟雨降落等问题。通过对采样后的滤筒、出口白色烟雨和CEMS连续性监测理论进行分析,结合该企业生产工艺流程,发现废气在冬季易形成NaHSO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(3)-Na_(2)SO_(4)气溶胶,手工监测粉尘的过程中,称得的粉尘重量包括固体微粒和气溶胶结晶两部分,而CEMS连续性监测粉尘浓度过程中,厂家通常只考虑固体颗粒,对于液体微粒造成的参数偏差不会做出矫正,是造成企业烟气连续性监测系统粉尘比对不合格的主要原因。During the process of comparison and monitoring of flue gas in an enterprise,the manually determined dust concentration is always higher than that from CEMS monitoring data,which causes a bigger deviation.Meanwhile,white flue drops always drop around the off-gas exhaust outlet in winter.By analyzing filter drum,white flue drops around exhaust outlet and continuous CEMS monitoring theory and referencing to producing process,it finds that off-gas is liable to form an aerosol of NaHSO_(3)-Na_(2)S0_(3)-Na_(2)S0_(4).The measured weight of dust often includes the weights of solid particle and aerosol when manually monitoring dust,while manufacturers often only consider solid particle without correcting the deviation of parameter during the process of continuous CEMS monitoring on dust concentration’which is the main reason for producing ineligible dust comparison result of continuous CEMS monitoring system.
