摘 要:医用金属材料在临床骨科、牙科等领域应用广泛,作为一种生物替代材料,修复、提升、重建或替代机体原有组织结构是此类材料被探索和开发的潜能所在[1]。当前临床应用较多的医用金属材料主要有钛及钛合金、钴铬合金和不锈钢等[2],类似于人体松质骨结构[2-3]的多孔钽作为一种有前途的生物材料[4-6],在促进各类骨细胞增殖、分化形成成熟组织等方面均表现出优于其它现有金属植入材料的生物相容性[4].Objective To describe the research progress of porous tantalum on various cells and the interface characteristics.Methods Relevant literatures on the functions of porous tantalum on bone formation cells,osseointegration,and interfaces in recent years were reviewed and analyzed.Results Porous tantalum promoted the proliferation and differentiation of various bone formation cells and the expression of the cell matrix which followed a good sequence of osteogenic gene expression.The porous tantalum implants showed excellent bone integration ability in the early,mid and late follow-up after joint replacement or revision.Excellent characteristics of tantalum-cell bone interface were related to the activation of MAPK / ERK signal pathway,BMP2 / Smads pathway,inhibition of the MAPK / p38 signal pathway,delayed up-regulation of RUNX2,autophagy,fluid flow and pressure.The development of allosteric tantalum,surface modification,and composite tantalum materials would further strengthen the tantalum-osteosynthesis capability.Conclusions Porous tantalum cells and bone interface are excellent in bone defect repairing and reconstruction,enhancing differentiation and osseointegration.
