摘　　要：髋关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎(pigmented villonodular synovitis,PVNS)是一种罕见的发生于关节或腱鞘组织周围的良性增生性滑膜病变,以滑膜绒毛结节状增生及大量含铁血黄素沉着为特征。笔者报告1例年轻女性患者髋部巨大PVNS累及关节囊及关节软骨的诊疗经过,并进行相关文献复习,报告如下。Objective To explore a method for the treatment of diffuse pigmented villonodular synovitis of the hip.Methods A 31-year-old female with diffuse pigmented villonodular synovitis of the right hip was treated by arthroscopy combined with surgery and followed up for 1 year.Results Satisfactory operation effects were achieved.Radiotherapy was applied regularly after operation.MRI of the hip joint showed no recurrence half a year after the operation.The right hip joint returned to normal 1 year after the operation.Conclusions For diffuse pigmented villonodular synovitis involving the hip joint,arthroscopy combined with surgery can be used.
