摘　　要：基于2016年至2020年发表的81篇有关电子文件鉴定的外文学术论文,从鉴定对象、鉴定主体、鉴定方法和鉴定技术四个角度对国外电子文件鉴定研究进展进行系统评析。从研究理念、研究方法、研究特色和研究走向四个方面归纳了国外电子文件鉴定研究特征,即理论承继与方法创新并存、理论建构与实证研究结合、关注鉴定的多重价值取向、自动化智能化鉴定是趋势。最后,提出国内电子文件鉴定研究需要树立包容与协同意识,秉持多元开放的态度重新审视电子文件鉴定;拥有回归与创新意识,基于旧理论与新实践革新电子文件鉴定方法;具备多学科融合意识,依托知识背景探索跨学科语境下的电子文件鉴定;增强宏观战略意识,立于文化记忆的高度重新定位电子文件鉴定。Based on 81 foreign academic papers on electronic records appraisal published from 2016 to 2020, this paper systematically comments on the research progress of electronic records appraisal abroad from four angles: appraisal object, appraisal subject, appraisal method and appraisal technology. This paper sums up four characteristics of the research from four aspects: research concept, research method, research feature and research trend, that is, the coexistence of theoretical inheritance and methods innovation, the combination of theoretical construction and empirical research, the attention to multiple value orientation of appraisal, and the trend of automatic and intelligent appraisal. Finally, it is pointed out that China’s research of electronic records appraisal needs to establish the consciousness of tolerance and coordination, and re-examine the electronic records appraisal with a pluralistic and open attitude;have the consciousness of regression and innovation, and innovate the methods of electronic records appraisal based on old theories and new practices;adhere to the multi-disciplinary fusion consciousness, and explore the electronic records appraisal in the interdisciplinary context relying on the knowledge background;strengthen the macro-strategic consciousness, and reposition the electronic records appraisal from the perspective of cultural memory.
