专业选择对就业行业与收入的影响:基于我国本科生2008-2018年的择业数据分析

摘　　要：通过研究2008年到2018我国本科生就业数据,分析本科学生专业选择和就业的关联性。研究结合我国近年来的产业发展环境,采用投入产出分析方法,通过就业行业类型和收入情况两个层次探究不同本科专业所面临的就业状况。分析结果表明:不同专业选择面临就业行业差异性较大,自然科学类专业就业的行业对口程度较高,对口行业收入平均水平也较高;工程类专业面临的行业抉择对口程度一般,对应就业收入的不确定性较高;人文社科类专业就业行业对口程度低,对口行业的就业收入平均水平也较低。By studying the employment data of Chinese college students from 2008 to 2018,this paper analyzes the correlation between College Students’major selection and employment.Combining with the industrial development environment in recent years in China,this paper uses the input-output analysis method to explore the employment situation faced by different University Majors through two levels of employment industry type and income.The results show that:there is a big difference in the employment industry faced by different majors,and the industry counterpart degree of natural science specialty is higher,and the average income level of counterpart industry is also high;the counterpart degree of engineering specialty is general,and the uncertainty of corresponding employment income is high;the counterpart degree of employment industry of Humanities and Social Sciences specialty is low,and the average employment income of counterpart industry is also low.
