摘　　要：1924年,唐山启新瓷厂生产出中国第一件卫生瓷,之后在政府和企业的营销活动中都作为"国货"来对待。"国货"在民国时期是个很重要的概念。外交方面受挫时,国内通常会掀起排斥外货的运动。启新瓷厂的母公司是洋务运动中成立的启新洋灰厂,第一件卫生瓷的诞生背后是其独特的资本和技术来源。通过瓷厂的档案,阐述唐山的陶瓷制造传统、技术引进和产品开发方面的创新。In 1924,Tangshan CHEE HSIN POTTERY company manufactured the first sanitary ware,and all its products traded in market by government and company were taken as"China-made goods"thereafter."China-made goods"was an important concept in the period of the Republic of China when diplomatic setbacks triggered the boycott movement against foreign products.The parent company of CHEE HSIN POTTERY is CHEE HSIN CEMENT COMPANY LIMITED founded during the Westernization Movement of China.The first sanitary ware implied the unique sources of capital and technology.This paper based on archives of the CHEE HSIN POTTERY illuminated manufacturing tradition,innovative practice in technology introduction and products development in Tangshan.
