摘　　要：武德与武技是中国武术的重要组成部分,二者分别从"内"与"外"阐述了武术的价值。只有拥有内在的"德"和外在的"技",才能真正实现武术所倡导的"内外兼修"。作为中国人的身体文化,武术的传承与发展必须谨记"习武先修德",强化"武德"教育,才能使得武术更加符合中国元素。Wushu(martial arts) morality and skills are important parts of Chinese wushu. They expound the value of wushu from both inside and outside. Only with the internal morality and external skills can we really realize the internal and external cultivation advocated by wushu. As the body culture of Chinese people, the inheritance and development of wushu must bear in mind the legacy of cultivating morality before practicing wushu. Only by strengthening the education of wushu morality can wushu be more in line with Chinese elements.
