我国拳击运动员防守反击技术的优化研究

摘　　要：通过录像观察、文献综述、专家访谈等方法对2019年世界男子拳击锦标赛中国运动员与其对手的防守反击技术使用情况进行研究,研究发现:我国运动员在防守反击技术使用上与国外运动员存在一定差距,根据研究结果提出我国男子拳击运动员在技术训练中的优化建议。Through video observation, literature review, expert interviews and other methods, this paper studies the use of defensive counterattack technology between Chinese athletes and their opponents in the 2019 World Men’s Boxing Championship. The research finds out that there is a certain gap between Chinese athletes and foreign athletes in the use of defensive counterattack technology. According to the research results, this paper puts forward the optimization of Chinese men’s boxing athletes in technical training discussion.
