摘 要:定频移相控制双向隔离型直流变换器(isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter,IBDC)综合了定频移相与变频谐振两种控制策略在电压输出、功率传输以及软开关等方面优越性能。文中首先详尽分析单移相控制串联谐振变换器典型运行模式工作过程与软开关特性,提出依据开关动作时刻谐振电流方向,判别IBDC运行模式与开关方式的统一判定方法。其次,借鉴交流相量方法建立IBDC交流环节电压、谐振电流与复功率的相量表达式与精确时域数学模型,借助相量图方式直观分析电压增益与移相角度对IBDC运行特性的影响机理,通过时域数学模型全面量化分析电压增益影响下,IBDC在全负载范围内运行模式与开关方式统一判定条件、谐振电流特性与传输功率特性,比较分析不同等效建模方法分析结果的精确度差异。最后,仿真与物理试验结果验证基于相量分析法所提出的定频移相IBDC统一判定方法与数学模型的有效性与准确性。Fixed frequency phase-shifted control isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter(IBDC) combines excellent performances of fixed-frequency-phase-shifting-control and variable-frequency-resonance-control in output voltage, power transmission and soft switching. Typical operating mode and soft-switching of single-phase-shifting control IBDC with series resonant tank were analyzed firstly;a unified judgment method was proposed to distinguish IBDC operation mode and switching mode according to the resonance current direction at switching time. Secondly, based on AC phasor method, the converter AC stage was modeled with phasor expression and accurate time domain mathematical expression of voltage, resonant current and complex power. The mechanism of voltage gain and phase shift angle influence on IBDC operation characteristics directly analyzed by phasor expression. And then, the unified judgment method, resonant current and transmission power characteristics of IBDC were analyzed comprehensively and quantitatively in the full load range and different voltage gains by time domain mathematical model. Besides, it compared and analyzed the accuracy differences of the analysis results on different equivalent modeling methods. Finally, the simulation and physical test results verified the validity and accuracy of unified judgment method and the mathematical model of IBDC based on phasor analysis method.
