摘　　要：本文通过回顾性分析湖南省人民医院急诊重症病房2017年8月至2019年10月收治的12例不同部位坏死性筋膜炎患者的临床资料,并重点介绍2例典型临床病历,观察早期彻底清创联合负压封闭引流技术治疗坏死性筋膜炎的临床效果,以期为坏死性筋膜炎治疗提供新的策略。This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 12 patients with necrotizing fasciitis at various sites who are recruited from the emergency intensive care unit of Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital from August 2017 to October 2019.Among them,Two typical clinical cases were introduced.In this study,we investigated the clinical outcome of these patients treated with complete debridement combined with negative pressure sealing drainage,wishing to provide new strategy for the treatment of necrotizing fasciitis.
