摘 要:目的对含氯消毒剂中有效氯含量的测定方法适用性进行验证。方法采用硫代硫酸钠滴定含氯消毒剂样品,加入淀粉后滴至溶液蓝色消失,根据硫代硫酸钠溶液消耗的总量计算有效氯含量,依据GB/T 27417-2017和RB/T 208-2016对该分析方法进行验证。结果方法精密度和人员比对误差分别为0.23%、0.16%,加标回收率在93.4%~105%范围内,加入干扰物质后回收率在95.6%~103%范围内,验证结果均符合标准要求。结论该方法用于检测含氯消毒剂中有效氯含量的测定方法是适用的。Objective To verify the method for determination of available chlorine in chlorinated disinfectant.Methods In this experiment,samples were titrated by using sodium thiosulfate.After the starch was added,sodium thiosulfate was dropped continuously until the blue color disappeared.The concentration of available chlorinein was calculated based on the total consumption of the sodium thiosulfate solution.And the method applicability was verified according to GB/T 27417-2017 and RB/T 208-2016.Results The precision was 0.23%,and the personnel comparison error was 0.16%,the standard recoveries was within 93.4%~105%,and the standard recoveries after adding the interfering substance was between 93.4%~105%,the verification results all meet the standard requirements.Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of available chlorine in chlorinated disinfectant.
