摘　　要：目的了解2014-2017年云南省防治艾滋病政府购买社会组织服务项目MSM领域项目开展情况及其影响因素,为相关研究提供参考。方法通过项目立项书和结题验收报告收集数据,统计分析项目开展效果及其影响因素。结果项目共覆盖云南省14个州市,平均立项金额(8.62±4.12)万元,每个项目平均干预274.50人,每干预1人平均支出337.40元。固定工作人员数4.20人/项目,民政注册率6.06%,每个项目随访次数和培训次数平均为3.42和3.85次,HIV检测率平均为78.84%,随访次数和培训次数越多,HIV检测率越高。结论云南省防治艾滋病政府购买社会组织服务项目MSM领域项目开展顺利,已成为云南省MSM艾滋病防治的重要组成部分,但针对目标人群的干预手段和方法仍有待优化和改善,以期实现更好的防治效益。Objective To understand the implementation and its influencing factors of the project of Government purchase of social organization services for MSM on AIDS Prevention and control in Yunnan province in 2014-2017.Methods We derived data from the project initiation documents and the final project report.The effectiveness of the project implementation and its influencing factors were statistically analyzed.Results The project covered 14 subprojects in 14 municipalities in Yunnan Province,with an average of 86.2±41.2 thousand RMB being invested per municipality.On average,each sub-project covered 274.50 MSM and spent 337.40 RMB per MSM covered.The number of fixed-term working staff was 4.20 per sub-project.The civil affairs registration rate among all involved MSM social organizations was 6.06%.The frequency of follow-up and training delivered were 3.42 and 3.85 per sub-project.HIV testing rate was 78.84%among all MSM who received the intervention.The frequency of follow-up and training delivered had a positive impact on the HIV testing rate.Conclusion The project of the government purchase of social organization services for MSM on AIDS Prevention and control in Yunnan province has successfully been implemented.It has become an important part of strategies of AIDS prevention and control for MSM in Yunnan province.The intervention methods still need to be optimized and improved to achieve better prevention benefits.
