摘　　要：艾滋病是人类免疫缺陷病毒侵犯人体T淋巴细胞、破坏人体免疫系统的慢性传染性疾病。胃肠道T细胞是HIV的首要靶标及主要攻击部位,是HIV的重要储存库。HIV感染通过影响肠道菌群的组成数量及分布影响肠道微生态平衡。肠道菌群与肠道免疫之间互相作用形成肠-免疫系统,与HIV感染进展有着密切相关性。HAART虽然能抑制病毒的复制,但存在着免疫重建不良的现象,中医在维持肠道微生态平衡、促进免疫重建方面具有显著疗效,故从"肠-免疫"角度探讨中医治疗艾滋病的机制。AIDS is a chronic infectious disease caused by the human immunodeficiency virus which invades T lymphocytes and destroys the immune system.Gastrointestinal T lymphocytes are the primary target and major attack sites,and also important reservoirs of HIV.HIV infection affects the intestinal micro ecological balance by affecting the composition,quantity,and distribution of the intestinal flora.The intestinal flora interacts with intestinal immunity to form the intestinal immune system,which is closely related to the progression of HIV infection.At present,the commonly used antiretroviral therapy(ART)in clinical practice can inhibit virus replication but patients treated with ART normally had a poor immune reconstitution.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has significant efficacy in maintaining the intestinal microecology balance and promoting immune reconstitution,so the mechanism of TCM treatment to AIDS should be explored from the perspective of"gut-immunity".
