摘  要:目的对2020年江油市一起新型冠状病毒肺炎家庭聚集性疫情进行流行病学调查分析,探讨新冠肺炎的流行病学与临床特点,为及时控制传染源、遏制疫情扩散提供科学依据。方法应用现场流行病学方法调查2020-02江油市一起新型冠状病毒肺炎病例及其密切接触者,并采集其相关呼吸道标本,采用实时荧光RT-PCR方法开展新型冠状病毒核酸检测。结果本次疫情为家庭内传播,共5例确诊病例,无三代病例发生;发热是病例的主要首发症状;4例病例具有共同武汉暴露史,其中3例有确诊病例接触史;5例病例发病前均进行了居家隔离。结论此次疫情中,4例输入病例通过家庭共同生活暴露传染给1位家庭成员;体温筛查对于及早发现传染源是一种简便有效的手段;早期居家隔离措施存在导致家庭聚集疫情风险,应尽量以集中隔离取代居家隔离。Objective To investigate and analyse the epidemiological characteristics of the COVID-19 family cluster outbreaks in Jangyou City 2020,to explore the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of COVID-19,so that to provide scientific basis for controlling infection source in time and stopping the spread of disease.Methods The field epidemiological method was used to investigate the confirmed COVID-19 cases and their close contacts in Jiangyou city Feb.2020,and Real-time PCR method was used to detect the COVID-19 nucleic acid of their respiratory specimen.Results This epidemic was spread within families,with a total of 5 confirmed cases and no third-generation cases.The main first symptom of the cases was fever,4 cases had a common exposure history in Wuhan,among which 3 cases had a contact history of confirmed cases.All 5 cases were quarantined at home before confirmed.Conclusion In this outbreak,one family member was infected by 4 imported cases through family living together.Temperature screening is a simple and effective method for early detection of infection.Home quarantine should be replaced by centralized quarantine as far as possible to avoid the risk of family cluster.
