2016-2020年平顶山市食品和公共场所从业人员甲肝和戊肝病毒IgM抗体分析

摘　　要：目的分析平顶山市食品和公共场所从业人员甲肝和戊肝病毒IgM抗体(HAV-IgM和HEV-IgM)检测结果。方法对2016-2020年平顶山市疾病预防控制中心门诊部体检的101171从业人员采集空腹静脉血,分离血清,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测HAV-IgM、HEV-IgM,干式生化法检测丙氨酸酸氨基转移酶(ALT)。率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果101171例受检者中,HAV-IgM阳性率0.89/万(9/101171);HEV-IgM阳性率1.98/万(20/101171),HEV-IgM阳性率与HAV-IgM阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.17,P<0.05)。不同性别HAV-IgM阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同性别HEV-IgM阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.29,P<0.05)。2016-2020年HAV-IgM、HEVIgM阳性率呈逐年下降趋势(χ^(2)趋势(甲肝)=8.17,χ^(2)趋势(戊肝)=8.89,P均<0.01)。HAV-IgM阳性者ALT未见异常;HEV-IgM阳性者ALT异常率为0.5%(1/20)。结论2016-2020年平顶山市食品和公共场所从业人员HAV-IgM、HEV-IgM阳性率较低,且呈逐年下降趋势。Objective To analyze the detection results of IgM antibodies of hepatitis A and hepatitis E virus(HAV-IgM and HEV-IgM)of employees in food industry and public place in Pingdingshan City.Methods Fastening venous blood was collected from 101171 employees who underwent physical examination in the outpatient department of Pingdingshan Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2016 to 2020,and serum was separated.HAV-IgM and HEV-IgM were detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)were detected by using dry biochemical method.Results The positive rates of HAV-IgM and HEV-IgM were 0.89/105(9/101171)and 1.98/105(20/101171).The positive rate of HEV-IgM was higher than that of HAV-IgM(χ^(2)=4.17,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HAV-IgM positive rate in different gender(P>0.05).The HEV-IgM positive rate in males was higher than that in females(P<0.05).The positive rates of HAV-IgM and HEV-IgM antibodies decreased year by year(χ^(2) trend=8.17 and 8.89,both P<0.01).No abnormal ALT in HAV-IgM positive patients was observed.The abnormal rate of ALT in HEV-IgM positive patients was 0.5%(1/20),indicating that most of them were invisible infected.Conclusion The positive rates of HAV-IgM and HEV-IgM were low among employees in food industry and public places in Pingdingshan,and showed a decreasing trend year by year from 2016 to 2020.
