摘　　要：随着近年来我国国力的增强,科研投入逐年增加,疾控机构承担的科研项目也日益增多。内部控制理论作为我国行政事业单位管理的重要手段之一,对内部管理具有控制、评价和监督的作用。将内部控制理论运用到疾控中心管理中,对防控科研管理的风险,顺利推动科研工作具有重要意义。研究采用内部控制理论,对其应用在疾控中心科研管理中的必要性和可行性进行探讨。With the enhancement of China′s national strength in recent years,the investment in scientific research is increasing year by year,and the scientific research projects undertaken by medical institutions are also gradually increasing.As an important means of administration and institution management,internal control theory plays an important role in controlling,evaluating and supervising internal management.The application of internal control theory to management in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has great significance to prevent and control the risk of scientific research management,and promote the smooth progress of scientific research.The necessity and feasibility of using internal control theory in research management of Centers for Disease Control and Prvention are discussed.
