摘　　要：目的评价Moorehead-ArdehⅡ问卷(MAⅡ)在肥胖患者减重手术后生活质量评估中的应用价值方法回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年6月在首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院接受减重手术的105例肥胖患者,分析手术前后患者的体重、BMI、合并症以及MAⅡ问卷得分情况,评估手术前后患者生活质量的差异结果所有患者均完成了手术及问卷调查问卷结果的系数高于0.7术后生活质量问卷调查各个维度的得分和总分均明显高于术前(均P<0.001)术前生活质量评定为“差”和“非常差”患者的比例为43.8%,术后没有评定为“差”和“非常差”的患者;术前评定为“好”和“非常好”患者的比例为4.7%,术后评定为“好”和“非常好”的患者比例为86.7%,手术前后生活质量分级构成比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=146.863,P<0.001)结论MAⅡ问卷是一种用于减重手术比较专业的、操作简单的生活质量评估工具。Objective To evaluate the application of Moorehead-ArdeltⅡquestionnaire(MA II)in assessment of the quality of life(QOL)among obese patients after bariatric surgery.Methods One hundred and five patients with obesity were enrolled,the weight,body mass index(BMI),comorbidities and MAⅡscores before and after operation were counted.The difference between the QOL of pre-and post-operation was analyzed.Results All the patients completed the questionnaire.The Cronbach a coefficient of the questionnaire was higher than 0.7.The post-operational scores of 6 items were significantly higher than that of pre-operation.(P<0.001).The proportion of"poor"and"very poor"QOL in the pre-operational patients was 43.8%,compared with 0 in the post-operative patients;the proportion of"good"and"very good"QOL in the pre-operatve patients was 4.7%,compared to 86.7%in the post-operative patients(χ^(2)=146.863,P<0.001).Conclusions MAⅡquestionnaire is a professional,easy oprated tool for assessment of QOL associated with obesity.
