76例儿童血浆样本重复离心测定AST结果的探讨

摘　　要：目的检测重复离心对谷草转氨酶测定结果的影响,为谷草转氨酶精准测定提供依据。方法收集2020年9月1日至2020年9月30日期间76例入园及入学体检健康儿童肝素抗凝全血,通过3000r/min的速度离心10 min测定谷草转氨酶的结果以及再次离心测定结果进行比较及统计学分析。结果以首次离心的样本,谷草转氨酶检测结果男童、女童和总体平均值分别为45.92、44.37、45.21mmol/L;重复离心样本谷草转氨酶检测结果男童、女童和总体平均值分别为37.05、36.79、36.93mmol/L。男童、女童及总体离心前后两组数据经过统计学分析,P<0.01,差异均存在统计学意义。结论重复离心可对谷草转氨酶的检测结果产生影响,差异具有统计学意义,再次离心可减少血浆中血小板的含量,有效减少谷草转氨酶假性增高。Objective To detect the effect of repeated centrifugation on the determination of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,and to provide the knowledge basis for the accurate determination of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase.Methods From September 1st,2020 to September 30th,2020,76 healthy children’s heparin anticoagulant whole blood were collected for the study.The results of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(AST)were determined by centrifugation at 3000 rpm for 10 minutes,and the results of the second centrifugation were compared and statistically analyzed.Results When samples were centrifuged at the speed of 3000 rpm for 10 minutes,the average values of AST in boys,girls and the whole population were 45.92 mmol/L,44.37 mmol/L and 45.21 mmol/L,respectively.The results of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase test of repeated centrifugation samples were 37.05 mmol/L,36.79 mmol/L and 36.93 mmol/L for boys,girls and the whole population,respectively.The data of boys,girls and the whole group before and after centrifugation were statistically different(P<0.01).Conclusion Repeated centrifugation can detect the difference of aspartate aminotransferase with a statistical significance.Re-centrifugation can reduce the content of platelet in plasma and effectively reduce the false increase of aspartate aminotransferase.
