北京地区表观健康中老年人群脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨北京地区表观健康中老年人群脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,Lp-PLA2)水平的分布。方法选取表观健康中老年251例(男95例,女156例),检测其血清中Lp-PLA2水平,分析性别及各年龄段(50~59、60~69、70~79岁、≥80岁)间Lp-PLA2水平是否存在差异。采用Spearman相关分析评价Lp-PLA2与其他常规指标的相关性。结果Lp-PLA2水平在各年龄组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在男女之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。北京地区表观健康中老年人Lp-PLA2的95%参考区间为:<224.68μg/L(90%CI 219.56~229.80μg/L)。Lp-PLA2与血尿素、LDL-C、HDL-C具有相关性(P<0.05),与其他常规指标无相关性(P>0.05)。结论分析并建立了北京地区表观健康中老年人群Lp-PLA2参考区间,有助于中老年人群心脑血管疾病的诊断和治疗。Objective To investigate the distribution of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)among apparently healthy middle-aged and elder population in Beijing area.Methods The levels of serum Lp-PLA2 was determined among 251(95 males,156 females)apparently healthy middle-aged and elder subjects.The healthy middle-aged and elder subjects were categorized based on age ranges(50-59,60-69,70-79,and≥80 years)and gender(males and females).The correlation between Lp-PLA2 and the other indicators was analyzed by Spearman correlation.Results A significant difference was identified between the genders but not among age groups.The reference range of the Lp-PLA2 in healthy middle-aged and elder subjects in Beijing area was<224.68μg/L(90%CI 219.56-229.80μg/L).Spearman correlation analysis showed that Lp-PLA2 was correlated with BUN,LDL-C and HDL-C(P<0.05),and it had no correlation with other indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion The present study establishes Lp-PLA2 reference interval in middle-aged and elderly population in Beijing area,which would be helpful for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in this population.
