补肾活血汤对老年膝骨性关节炎患者骨关节炎指数评分及炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾活血汤治疗老年膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法:选取天津医科大学总医院滨海医院88例老年KOA患者(2018年1月—2019年12月),依照随机数字表法分为两组,分组各44例。西医组以塞来昔布胶囊治疗,联合组以塞来昔布胶囊+补肾活血汤治疗。比较两组疗效及治疗前后骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)水平。结果:两组总有效率对比,联合组93.18%高于西医组77.27%(P<0.05);与西医组比较,治疗后联合组WOMAC、VAS评分及血清CRP、ESR水平较低(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血汤可显著改善老年KOA患者炎症状态,缓解疼痛,控制病情,提高疗效。Objective:To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of elderly knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 88 elderly KOA patients in the hospital(from January 2018 to December 2019)were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with Celecoxib capsules,and the combined group was treated with Celecoxib capsules+Bushen Huoxue Decoction.The curative effects,osteoarthritis index(WOMAC),visual analog scale(VAS)scores,and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)levels before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,93.18%of the combined group was higher than 77.27%of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Compared with the western medicine group,the WOMAC,VAS scores and serum CRP and ESR levels in the combined group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Decoction can significantly improve the inflammatory state of elderly patients with KOA,relieve pain,control the condition,and improve the efficacy.
